Your payment method for future bills will be linked to your assigned credit card. We recommend selecting one with favorable international charges, although you can change your payment method after you arrive in Canada. The first bill will cover the complete first month along with a pro-rated charge for any extra days of service. For example, if you arrive in Toronto, Canada, on the 14th, we suggest setting your service start date to the 13th. This way, you will receive your Canadian phone number on the 13th, ensuring you have it before your flight and to account for any time differences. The system will charge the first bill based on the full month plus the pro-rated days, while subsequent bills will automatically charge at the end of each month.
If you wish to terminate the service, please inform us as soon as possible. This service requires a minimum commitment of three months.
